GL Private Residence

The gut renovation project proposes the integration of previously segregated spaces, visually connect private and public areas and ultimately extend the view into the mid-town skyline. A series of wood paneled volumes organize the apartment layout, encloses services while provides the surface to exhibit a contemporary art collection.
